Early release day means students get travel within the building to their “family” for special lessons related to Leader In Me, 7 Habits! Students LOVE this time as they work to build connections with others and learn what it means to be a leader!

It may be a short week but students are working hard!! Math in Mrs. Jaspering's class had students engaged and sharing their work with each other! In Mrs. Scott's class students got to become apart of their story problem to help solve it. In Art students were working on Veterans Day projects that will be displayed for all to enjoy.

2nd grade students kicked off their first ELA unit with a Launch Day! In this unit, they will be reading and writing about characters and their perspectives. The students worked in teams to develop a plan for building a house with popsicle sticks and play-dough!
Big shout out to our PTC and kindergarten families! We had a great turnout at our Kindergarten Social event this week!
